RESOLUTION NO. 5809
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ENGINEER'S REPORT
AND ASSES9'ENT ROLL
UNIVERSITY AVENUE MEA CI VIC CENTER OFFSTREET PARKING
PROJECT NO. 66·8
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, that
WHEREAS, after proceedings to that end duly had and taken pursuant to
the Palo Alto Municipal Code, a public hearing has been duly held on the
Engineer's Report and assessment rol 1 prepared for the fiscal year 1980-81 to
pay the principal and interest on bonds issued pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No. 3896, adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto on June
13, 1966;
WHEREAS, th is Counci 1 has heard all persons having an interest in any
real property within the parking assessment district; has heard all
abjections, protests or other written conm.mications from any persons
interested in the real property within said district; has taken and received
oral and documentary evidence pertaining to tile matters contained tn said
report; has remedied and corrected any errors or informal it1es in the report
and revised and corrected any of the acts or determinations of the various
City officials as contained therein; and is fully informed in the premises;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS OlDEREDJ as follows:
l. That said Engineer's Report and assessment ro 11 ~ and each of
the assessments therein as duly revised and corrected, is hereby approved and
confirmed.
2. That sa1d rePQrt together with the certificate of the City
Clerk as to the fact and date of approval by this Council, shall forthwith be
delivered to the County of Santa Clara, and the proper County officer shall
cause to be posted to the tax rolls, 1n the colU1111 provided therefor, the
1111>unt of each of the assessments proposed to be levied a1nd col tected for said
fiscal year as set forth 1n said report as confirmed.

I hereby certify that the foregoing 1s a full, true and correct copy of
a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
Californ 1a, at a meeting thereof held on the 16 day of June t 1980,
