A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ENGINEER'S REPORT
ANO ASSESSMENT ROLL
CALIFORNIA AVEHUE AREA OFFSTREET PARKING
MAINTENANCE DISTRICT

RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, that
WtiEREAS, after proceedings to that end duly had and taken pursuant to
the Palo Alto Municipal Code. a public hearing has been duly held on the
Engineer's Report and assessment roll prepared by application of a revised
benefit for!Tll1a for the fisca1 year 1980-81 to pay the costs of maintenance
and operation of offstreet parking facilities for the California Avenue Area
Offstreet Parking Maintenance District created pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No. 5353, adopted by the Counci1 of the City of Palo Alto on
February 14, 1977;
WHEREAS. this Counci 1 has heard al 1 persons having an interest in any
real property within the parking maintenance district; has heard all
objections. protests or other written conm.mications from any persons
interested in the real property within said district, has taken and received
oral and documentary evidence pertaining to the matters contained in said
report; has remedied and corrected any errors or informal Hies in the report
and revised and corrected any of the 'Jets or determinations of the various
City officials as contained therein; and is fully informed in the prerr.ises;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ~OERED, as follows:
l. That said Engineer's Report and assessment roll, and each of
the assessments therein as duly revised and corrected, is hereby approved and
confirmed.
2. That said report together with the certificate of the City
Clerk as to the fact and date of approval by this counci 1, shall forthwith be
delivered to the County of Santa Clara, and the proper County officer shall

cause to be posted to the tax rolls, in the colurm provided therefor, the
anount of each of the assessments prcposed to be levied and co11ected for said
f 1scal year as set forth in said report as confirmed.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a ful 1, true and correct copy of
a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, ~t a meeting thereof held on the 6 day of June , 1980,
by the following vote of the members thereof:
