A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ENGINEER'S REPORT
ANO ASSESSMENT ROLL
CALIF~NIA AVENUE AREA OFFSTRE~T PARKING
PROJECT NO. 71-63
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, Californiat that
WHEREAS, after proceedings to that end duly had and taken pursuant to
the Palo Alto Municipal Code, a public hearing has been duly held on the
Engineer's Report and assessnent rol 1 prepared for the fisca 1 year 1980-81 to
pay the principal and interest on bonds issued pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No. 4993, adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto on
September 10, 1974;
WHEREAS, this Council has heard all persons having an interest in any
real property within the parking assessment district: has heard all
objections, prates ts or other written conmmications from any persons
interested in the real property within said dis tr" r:t; has taken and received
oral and docunentary evidence pertafoing to the matters contained in said
report; has remedied and corrected any errors or informalities in the report
and revised and corrected any ;jf the acts or determinations of the various
City officials as contained therein; and is fully infonned in the premises;
NOWt THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as toliows:
l • That said Engineer's Report and assessment ro 11, and each of
the assessments therein as duly revised and corrected, is hereby approved and
confinned.
2. That SC" .;.; report together with the certificate of the City
Clerk as to the fact and date of approval by this Council, shall forthwith be
delfvered to the County of Sa!ita Clara, and the proper County officer shall
cause to be posted to the tax rolls, in the colurm provided therefor, the ·
aQOunt of each of the assess!N!nts proposed to be levied and collected for said
fiscal year as set forth in said report as confirmed.

I hereby certify that the foregoing 1s a full, true and correct copy of
a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, at a meeting thereof held on the 6 day of June , 1980,
