A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ENGINEER'S REPORT
AND ASSESSMENT ROLL

PROJECT NO. 65-9
RESOLVED, by the Council cf the City of Palo Alto, California, that
WHEREAS, after proceedings to that end duly had and taken pursuant to
the Palo Alto Municipal Code, a public hearing has been duly held on the
Engineer's Report and assessment roll prepared for the fiscal year 1980-81 t~
pay the principal and interest on bonds issued pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No. 3950, adopted by the Council of the City of Palo A1to on January
3, 1967;
WHEREAS, this Council has heard all persons having an interest in any
real pr~perty within the parking assess:meflt district; has heard all
objections, protests or other written conmrnications from any persons
interested in the real property within said district; has taken a11d received
oral and documentary evideace pertaining to the matters contained in said
report; has remedied and corrected aoy errors or informalities in the r@port
and revised and corrected any of the acts or determinations of the various
City officials as contained therein; and is fully informed ih the premises;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said Engineer 1 s Report and assessment ro 11, and each of
the assessments therein as duly revised 'lnd corrected 9 is hereby approved and
confirmed.
2. That said report together with the certificate: of the City
Clerk as to the fact and date of approval by this Council, shall forthwith be
delivered to the County of Santa Clara, and the proper County offfc~r shall
cause to be posted to the tax rolls, in the column provided therefor, the
a111Junt of each of the assessnents propased to be levied and collected for said
fiscal year as set forth in said report as confirmed.
