The CotnCil finds that changed conditions and the public interest, health, safety and welfare require those certain ameudments to the Palo Alto Ccmprehensive Plan set forth in Section 2 hereof. SECTION 2. The Council hereby amends the Palo Al to Comprehensive Plan as follows: Land Use Plan Map Oulnge the land use designation of the property at .fOO San Antonio Road (Af'N 147-09-046) fran Research/Office Park to Multiple Family Residential as shown on the map attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and inrorporated herein; Change the land use d~signation of the property at 1100 Welcll Road (APN 142-03-035) from Research/Office Park to t-h.lltiple Family Residential as shown on the map attached hereto as Exhibit ''B" and .:.ncorpoTated herein. s:ecrt~ 3. The Council hereby finds th.at the adoption of this Resolution will not cause any significant environmental impact.
