RESOLUTION NO. 5800
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SCHEDULES E-1, E-2, AND E-4 OF THE CITY OF
PALO ALTO UTILITIES RATES AND CHARGES PERTAINING TO
DOMESTIC, COMMERCIAL, AND STREET AND HIGHWAY LIGHTING
RATES
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursc~nt to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code, Schedules E-1 (Domestic Electric Service), E-2 (Commercial Electric
Service), and E-4 (Street z..,,a Highway Lighting) of the Palo Alto
Utilities Rates and Charges hereby are amended to read as shown on
Sheets lOlK, 102X, l03K, 1049, 107e, 107.1£, 107.2e and 107.3d
respectively, attached her9to and incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. This Council finds that the revenue derived from the
authorized adjustments of sai.d electric rates by the City Manager shall be
uaed only for the purposes set forth in the Palo Alto City Charter,
Article VII, section 2, entitled "Public Utilities Revenue." The adop-
tion of this Resolution is, thereforep specifically exempted under
Public Resources Code Section 2l080(b) (B) from the requirements of
CEQA.
SECTION 3. The foregoing changes shall become effective July 1,
1980.
