A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
UNIVERSITY AVENUE AREA OFFSTREET PARKING
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 75-63B

ORIGINAL
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, that
WH~REAS, pursuant to Resolution of ·Intent ion No. 5242, adopted by th is
Council on August 9, 1976, and its resolution calling for bids on the sale of
bonds pl'rsuar.t thereto, adopted on Apr i1 7, 1980, notice of said 5oale has been
duly given;
WHEREAS, said bids have been received and publicly opened, examined and
declared. and referred to this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase of said bonds
excepting the bid herein stated, be, .and they are hereby, rejected~ and that
said bonds be, and they are hereby, sold to V\llff. Hansen & Co . ..
~~~~~~~~~ , as the highest bidder therefor, said sale to be subject
to all of the terms and conditions set forth fn the Notice of Sale of said
bonds and in said accepted bid.
2. That the Clerk be, and si1e is hereby, directed to have said bonds
printed, and that the same be imnediately sign~d, sealed and delivered to said
bfoder on receipt of the asoount therefor and upon the performance of the
conditions contained in said notice of sale.
3. That the interest rate or rates of said bonds be fixed at the rate or
rates stated in said bid.
