$175,000 BONDS OF 1980 ·
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 5782 of this Council, adopted on
April 7, 1980, notice has been duly given of the intention of this Councfl to
make changes and modifications in the proceedings under and pursuant to
Resolution of Intention No. 5242, adopted by this Counci1 on August 9, 1976;
and
WHEREAS. all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to
be heard, and all matters and things ·pertaining to said changes and
roodifications were fully heard and considered by this. Counci 1;
NOW, THE~EFORE, IT IS ORDERED that:
l •· All protests and objections be, and they are hereby, overruled.
2. The changes and modifications in ttie proceedings under said
Resolution of Intention be macie and had, all as 100re particularly d~scribed
and set forth in said Resolution No. 5]82, adopted by this Council on Aprn 7,
1980.
