NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that t-bnday, the 28th day of Aprils 1980, at the hour of 7:30 otclock p.m., in the Council Chambers, 250 Hamilton Aven~e. Palo Alto, California., are hereby fixed as the time and pl ace for hearing thereon and when and where any interested person may appear before the Council and show cause why the changes should not be ordered and when and where this Council will consider the matter of making said change and modification and hear all protests and perscns interested therein.
