A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE
CHANGES ANO MODIFICATIONS
UNIVERSITY AVENUE AqEA OFFSTREET PARKING
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 75-63

RESOLVED; by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, that the
public interest, convenience and necessity re~uire~ and that it is the
intention of this Council to make the fol lowing dH:.n?eS ;ind modifications in
the proceedings under and pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 5242,
adopted by this Council on August 9, 1976, to wit: .
1) Increase in the maximum interest rate which the bonds to be iS!.ued
in the proceedings under and' pursuant to said Resolution of Intention may b€ar
from eight percent (8%) per annum to ten percent (10%) per annum.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that t-bnday, the 28th day of Aprils 1980, at the
hour of 7:30 otclock p.m., in the Council Chambers, 250 Hamilton Aven~e. Palo
Alto, California., are hereby fixed as the time and pl ace for hearing thereon
and when and where any interested person may appear before the Council and
show cause why the changes should not be ordered and when and where this
Council will consider the matter of making said change and modification and
hear all protests and perscns interested therein.

designated as the person to answer inquiries regarding the protest proceedings
to be had herein9 and may be contacted during regular office hours at the City

The City Clerk of the City of Palo Alto shall cause a copy of this
resolution to be published twice in the Palo Alto Times, a newspaper of
general c1rculat1on published in the City of Palo Alto and the paper in which
the Notice of linprovement under said Resolutio!l of Intention was publ~shedt
