RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OFTHECITY OF PALO ALTO
REVISING RULE AND REGULATION NO. 19 AND A.'IW!ENDING
SCHEDULES S-3, S-4, AND S-4-0 OF THE CITY OF PALO
ALTO UTILITIES RATES AND CHARGES
The Coun~il of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the P3lo Alto
MuniclPal C6ae, Rule and Regulation No. 19 (Special Sewer Division
Regulations), Schedule S-3 (Special Industrial Waste Charges),
Schedule S-4 (Hauled Septic Tank Waste Charges}, and Schedule
S-4-0 (Hauled Industrial Waste Charges} of the Palo Alto Utilities
Rates and Charges hereby are amended to read as shown on "Sheets
No. Slb, 51.la, 51.2a, 51 .. Ja, 124.lb, 124.2a, and 124.3" attached
herito and incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. The Council hereby finds that the adoption of
said rates and the revenues derived theref ram shal ·,. be uJ;ed only
for the purposes set out in the Palo Alto City Charter, Article
VII, Section 2, entitled "Public Utilities Revenue." The adoption
of said rates is, ·tl1erefore, specifically exempted from the re-
quirements of CEQA under Public Resources Code Section 21080(b) (8).
