RESOLUTION NO. 5776
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF-'htt; CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2665 REZONING 3801 E. BAYSHORE
ROAD TO PC TO MODIFY THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2665, adopted July 24,
1972, rezoning 3801 E. Bayshore Frontage Road to PC (Planned Conununity)
is hereby amended by modifying the Development Plan adopted thereby to
delete from said plan that certain portion of the property rezoned from
PC to LM(l) (D), as shown on the map attached hereto and marked Exhibit
"A" and incorporated herein by this reference, and to delete the re-
quired improvements shown in said area on the Development Plan.
SECTION 2. As a condition of approval, an access easement from
the back parcel to E. Bayshore Road shall be provided across the front
parcel.
SECTION 3. The Council hereby finds that this change wili have
no significant adverse environmental impact.
