HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESO 5767• RESOLUTION NO. 5767 • ORIGINAL RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO AMENDING UTILITY RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows: SECTION 1. Rule and Regulation No. 2{0) is amended to read as follows: "Notwithstanding any rule or regulation herein to the contrary, no change or alteration in any utility service, agreement, connection or facility, including any installation or reinstatement thereof, shall be made or permitted by the City where the purpose or effect thereof would be to serve, facilitate or make possible a use, occupancy, structure or other condition which is or would be in violation of the Zoning Ordinance, the Building Code or &ny other ordinance of the City, except that separate utility service may be provided to separate, existirig single family homes locat~d on a single lot." SECTION 2. Rule and Regulation No. 13{G)(l) (c) is amended to read as follows: "(c) that a separate service drop or lateral may be provided to separate, existing single family homes located on a single lot." SECTION 3. The Council hereby finds that the adoption of this resolution will have no si9nif icant adverse environmental impact. The Council of the City of Palo Alto finds that this project will have no significant adverse environmental impact.
