all necessary and proper proceedin~s be and the same shall
be taken and had, as provided by the laws of the 3t.ate of
California,. for said acq-...1s1t1on, c.::>ostrl.4ct1on and comple-
tion of said outfall sewer system and extensions, additicn~
and enlar~em(:mt of the sewer sys~{t!ll, and :for this purpose
to s~bm1t the incurring of a bonded indebtedness of sni~
city in the sum of Nin~ty Tho~sand uollars (~90,000.00)
ror the prop~sul above stated, to the qualified voterG of
said city at a ~~acial electiun to be callod and bel~ az
