BE I'l' RISOLVBD, that, 1n order to etteotue.ll:r meet
condi tiona as they exist 1n said ottioe, all queatiou relating
to the conduct of aaid ott1ce shall be referred to Committee
No. 5, which is hereby inatructed to take such action or to
JUke such recommendation to the C~unoil as may be determined
beat to prevent further complaints from the general plbl1o and
to p~v1de harmony withtn the organization.
THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, in order to deal
with the e1tuat1on as it exists in said ott1oe and to the beat
interests or all concerned, that the Tax and Utility Collector,
Whosoever the person may be, 1a hereby appointed tor a period
or aix montha only from July 1 1932 to December 31, 1932.
The above and foregoing resolution waa duly passlld by
the Council of the C1 ty of Palo Alto on the lat day ot July 1,
1932, by the following vote:
