The Council ot the City ot Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
THAT WHEREAS, this Couucil did, at an adJourned
regular meeting held on the 21st day of Dec.aber, 1931,
pass a resolution entitled, "RESOLUTION NO. 1012 DETERMINING
THAT THE PUBLIC INTEREST AND PUBLIC NECESSITY DEMAND CERTAIN
PUBLIC MUNICIPAL DfPROVEIIENTS IN AND F'OR THE CITY OF PALO
.ALTO, THE COST OF WHICH WILL BE TOO GREAT TO BE TAKEN OUT
OF THE ORDINAl1Y ANNUAL INCOME AND REVENUE OF SAID CITY,
TO-WIT: THE ACQUISITION, CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETION OF
A SEWAGE TREATldEllT PLAJIT AND EXTENSIONS TO THE SEWER
SYSTEM FOR THE CITY OF PALO ALTO, AID THE ACQUISITION,
COHSTRUCTION AND COMPL~TION OF NECESSARY ADDITIONS TO THE
WATEH DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTOn; and
WHEREAS this Council deems it for the ltest
interest and wellare ot the city not to issue bonds for the two propositions stated in said resl')lution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said resolution be and the same is hereby repealed.
The above and foregoing rdsolution was duly
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Palo Alto at an adjourned regular meeting held on the
25th :lay of April., 19;:32, by a two-thirds vote of all
the members of the City Councll, as follows:

Johnson, Judson, Kelly, Mitchell, Kosher,
Stephens, Thoits, Thomas, Wood.
