JUDGKE'MT IN A CERTAIN ACTION, NO. 42004, PENDING IN THE
SUPERIOR COURT OF SANTA CLARA COUll.rY, EMTITLED "THE PEOPLE

The Council ot the C1t,r ot Palo Alto DO RESOLVE
as follows:
That said Council, acting tor and in behalf or
the City ot Palo Alto as its legialative body, and
acting tor the i~dividual members qy and with their
consent, hereby decides to allow judgment to be taken
against them, and the City Attorney is hereby authorized
to confess judgment tor and in behalf of the plaintiffs
and against the defendants 14 the above entitled action.
The above and foregoing ~esolution was duly
passed at an adjourned meeting ot the City Council held
on the 25th day of April, 1932, by the following vote:
AYES: Bertsche, Cathcart Christensen, Collins, ETans,
Johnson, 3udson,Keily,~1tchell, Kosher, Stephens,
Thoits, Thomas, Wood.
NOES: "'one.
ABSENT:

TAKE NOTICE, that the Plaintiffs accept the
offer of the Defendants set forth in a resolution of
