RESOLUTION AU'l':iORIZING THE ?ACIFIC 'I'ELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH
COMPANY 1'0 CONSTRUCT UNDERGROUND TELEPHONE SYSTEM
The Council of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as followsz
That rrhe Pacific: Telephone and 'l'elegraph Company
be and it is hereby authorized to construct an Underground
telephone system in the location and in the manner shown
by ce1•tain pltins prepa.red by said company de signa ted as
P'roj ect No. ~745 for underground conduit cons truct1on in
El Camino !)ark and on I.ytton Avenue and Bryant Street in
the City of PQlo Alto; and

That all. public property dh:+.urb_,J. 'by the operations
oceaeioned by the aforesaid shall be restored in a manner
satisfactory to the Superintendent of Streets of the City
of Palo Alto.
