official plans, profiles, detailed draw1nge and specification. for
the doing md making of the following work and improvement., to wit a
.1. 'I'he improvement of Jlartin Avenue am Chann1rtg Avtmue
between Lincoln Avenue and Center Street, by the can~truction
therein of concrete curbs, gutters, a!dewalka and pavements, and tm
installation therein of an alectrolier atreet lighting system.
2. The $.mprovement of Center Street from Channing Avenue to
Martin Avenue, and tineoln Avenue from Channing Avenue to a point
twenty feet northerly of Fife Avenue by the construction therein ot
concrete curba, gutters, aide·walke and pavement • the 1nata.llat1on
of gas, wat~r, aanitary and eto~ sower maina and appurtenance•,
and the 1netalla~ion of an eleotrolier etr~et ligbt1ng system.

4. The improvement of Kirby Place for its full length by
the conatruction therein of concrete curba, guttel''l!, sidewalks and
pavement, the 1riatallat1on of gas, wate~ and sanitary aewer maina
and a.ppa»tenancee, and the installation of an electrol1er atroet lighting eystem.
And st.id Improvement Plana No. 59 are hereby ordered to be
filed in the office or the Ci.ty Clerk of aaid City.

was duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of
