DO RESOLV~ as followsl
That the map of Tract ~a. 6~ , J•ayfair,
being &. subdivi.sion of Lots 3 and 4 and P11rt of
Lots l,. 2, 5 and 6 of Pitman Subdivision of Lot ~
of the Pitman .t'arti tion, and Part of. Lot:J 1 and 3
of the Pitman PfArtition of the City of Palo JU.to,
is hereby a~proved, and the Council does hereby
accept the property dedicated for public use set
forth on said map azld design.ti. ted as Regent Place fl
Somerset ~lace, Kirby Place, Xevis Place and Kant
Plr..ce; also strips of land ten (10) fet:t or

shown on said map for the use &.nd purposus of
