RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE CITY J.ODITOR TO SET UP J..
REVOLVING FUND FOR THE COLLECTION OF INCOME FOR THE
BENEl~IT Or' EHII,Y S. DIXOMe
WHEREAS, certain p:ropert.ies were deeded by
E~ILY S. DIXOH to the ~ITY OF PALO ALTO, which properties were lccated in the City or San. li'rancisco, ~tate or
Cal11)rnia; and
WHEREAS, said properties were sold ttl certain
persons in the City of San Francisco,. State of California.,
and in return therefor saicl purchasers gav~ a note and
deed of trWit to the City <If Palo Alto; and
WHEREAS, Emily t)~ Dlxon, by virtue of her conveyance
to the City oi' Palo Alto and the resolution£: of the
City Council in connection tnerewith, is entitled 'to the
income from said propertief> dw:-ing her lifet.ime; and
WHEREAS, the present own~rs of the pr•operty are
aesirous or' puy1ng the in.corue to the City of Palo Alto
directly each month;
NOW, 'l'HEREF'ORE, BE I'Jjl}BSO~VED tnat the C1 ty
Auditor be and he is hereby direct~ct to set up & revolving
fund account in the name of' Emily s . .Uixon, to receive
each month the income .f'ro.m the properties in San .francisco,
California, located on the north,t·st corner of Hyde and
Gebry Qtreets, and after receiving said incc~~ to puy it
by way of city Wlirrant to Emily s. Dixor. dur·ing her
lifetime or until ;'urther direction from tht Council.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly introduced o.nci passed &t 1:1. regul;: ... r meoting of
the Co:.mcil of the City of Palo Alto held or:. Monday,
the l~th day of September, 1937, by the following vote:
