TO 78, INCLUSIVE, OF SEALE SUBDIVISION NO. 8, IN 'l'HE CITY

follows a
The Cvuncil of the City or Palo Alto DO,RESOLVE as
Wherea~, the Council did, on the 3rd day of May, 1~~.
pASS its Resolution or Intention No. 1143 to order the followirg
work to be done, to-wit:
All of that certain ten-foot pathway lying between Let!
6 and 7, alock 75; Lots l and 12, Block 76; Lots 6 and 7, Block
78; and Lots 1 and 12, Block 77, ;,f Seale Subdivision No. 8, in
the City of Palo Alto, be closed; and
Whereas, the Superintendent of Str6ets of the City of
Palo Alto did thereupon cause notice of the pAssage of said reso-
lution of 1ntent1 on to 'tle po!>ted tn the form and manner required
by law; and, ·
Wher~as, said Superintendent of Streets caused a similar
nQtice to be publir.hed for a period or ten (10) days in the Palo
Alto Times, a dail·.o-newcpapor published and circulated in the C1~
ot Palo Alto, wh1c$ new$paper was desi.a:nated in said Resolution
of Intention No. 1143 by th~ City Council as the official news-
paper 1n whi<.:h eaid notice should be :o~.lblishod; and.
Whereas, no objeetionft have been filed against the SR1d
p!'oposed work and 1.mproYement, and more than ten days have elapeed
after the expiration of the publication of said notice of the
passage of said resolution of intention, and the City Council has
acquired jurisdiction to order said work as proposed;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS lrEREBY ORDERED that all or that
certain ten-toot pathway lying b~tween Lots 6 and 7, Block 75;
Lota 1 and 12, Blook 76; Lots 6 'nd 7, Block 78; and Lots 1 and
12, Block 77, of Seale Subdivision No. 8, in the City of Palo
Alto, be closed and vacated.

larly introduced Rnd passed at a regular meeting of the Ccuncil
of the City of Palo Al'to held on Monday, the 12th day of July,
1937, by the following vote:
