RESOLUTION CONCERNING PROTESTS
WHEREAS, Winlfred Kidd, the City Clerk of the City
of Palo Alto, has filed her certificate eett1ng forth that
no protests were filed against the work and improvements
proposed under Improvem&nt Plane No. 53, City of Palo Alto, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Counell of the City of Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That it is the finding of this Council that no
protests •ere filed againet the work and improvements to be
made under Improvement Plane No. 53, City of Palo Alto, California.
The above and foregoing r~solution was duly and
regularly adopted by the Co~~c1l of the City of Palo Alto
at an adjourned regular meeting held on the 21st day of Mny;; 1937, by the following vote:
