RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AUDITOR TO CERTIFY TO Pll AUTHORITIIS
The Council or the City or Palo Alto DO RESOLVE as follows:
That the Auditor ot t~ City ot Pale Alto be and he
is hereby authorized to certify to the PWl authorities that
the City or Palo Alto has on hand suttioient un~noucbered
tunds, as required in the PWA application on the project tor
a new public works building, in a sum not to exceed $25,000.00.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted by tlle Counci.l or the City ot !'e.lo Alto at
an adjourned regular meeting held on the 3rd da7 ot May, 1937,
by the following vote:

NOES:
Blois, Bonham, Collins, Co9tello, Goddard, Judson,
Mitchell, Mosher, Salsruan, Stephens, Thoits, Thomas,
Wood.
None.
ABSENT: Richard e.
