. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to ex6cute a Grant .ueed
from the City of Palo Alto to Kabel s. Laumeister and Gustav
Laumeister, her husband, cover1Ag the latter above described par-
cel• or real property, said property being deeded to the Laumeiaterst
as compensation tor the parcela tirst above described which they
deeded to the Ci t7 ot Palo Alto. ·
The above and foregoing resolution was duly a~ud regu-
larly introdue~d and passed at a regular meeting or the Council
of the City ot Palo Alto held on Monday, the 8th day ot Mo.rch,
