That it shall b~ unlawful for a pedestrian to cross the double white linea painted upon the pavement 1n the
Embarcadero Subw&J except when d1rocte4 to do eo b7 a trattio officer.
The Chief or Police is hereb7 directed to cause the
neces&&I7 a1gna to be erected to carry out t~~ prov1a1ona or tbia resolution.
The above and foregoing resolution was duly and regu-
larly introduced and paaaed at a regular meeting of the Boardot
Public Sat~ty ot the City of Palo Alto held on the.first day of
