execute that certain agrec..,.·ent 'between the Depe.rtr.~ont of
Public Works of the State of California and the City of
Palo Alto providing for tile expenC.iture of tbe 1/4 ceht alloca-
tlon of gasoline tax fu.ndo for major streets in the Cit,-of
Palo Alto during 1935-37 biennium, said agreement providir.g
for the 1:nprovement or the following atreeta:
1. Oregon .Avenue from Alma Street to J;~1ddlef1eld Road;
2. Middlefield Road from San Franc1squ~ .. to Creek

3. Pa.,se 1.a11 Road from El Camino Real to Sottthern
Pacific Railroad;
4. Pulo Alto Avenue from Seneca Street to Hale
Street;
