RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SCHEDULES R-1, R-1-FA, R-2, R-3, AND R-4
OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO UTILITIES RATES .AND CHARGES
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol-
. lows:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto
Municipal COde, Schedules R-1, R-1-FA, R-2, R-3, and R-4 (domestic
~efuse Collection, Refuse Collection, Commercial Refuse Collection-
Standard 32-Gallon Containers, Commercial Refu.se Collection-Special
Containers, Commercial Refuse Collection, Detachable Containers and
Special Refuse Collection) of the Palo Alto Utilities Rates and
Charges are h~reby amended to read.as proposed in Sheets 127h,
127.lb, 128b; 129h, 130b, 130.lb, and 131£ attached hereto.
SECTION 2. The Council.hereby finds that this is not a
project as defined in Section ll.04.130 of the Palo Alto Municipal
Code and, therefore, no environmental impact assessment is necessary.
SECTION 3. The foregoinq changes shall. become effective at
the commencement of the January 1977 billing.cycle.
