RESOLUTION NO. 5308
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING PREVAILING WAGE SCALE
SILVA AVENUE -SILVA COURT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
SANITARY SEWERAGE PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
California, that
WHEREAS, the Council of said City has ascertained the
general prevailing rate of per diem wages in the locality in
which public work is proposed to be performed for work of a
similar character to that described in Resolution of Intention
No. 5268, adopted October 12, 1976, and has published a schedule
of said prevailing wage rates in a newspaper of general circu-
lation;
WHEREAS, copies of said wage scales are on file in the
office of the City Engineer and also in the office of the City
Clerk; and
WHEREAS, this Council has duly considered said scales and
finds the same to be correct in all particulars;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMINED and
ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said wage scales as set forth in said publication
are hereby established and adopted aa the prevailing rate of per
diem wages for work of a similar character to that above described
in the locality in which such public work is proposed to be
performed.
2, That not less than said prevailing rate of per diem
wages shall be paid for any work proposed to be performed under
said Resolution of Intention.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true
and correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by
the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting
