UTILITIES AND DRAINAGE· PURPDSES··BETWEEN DULUTH CIRCLE

AND LOTS 8 AND 9 OF WILLIAM ROWE-SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, ~e is the intention of· the Council of the City of
Palo Alto to vacate a certain ·.easement·. for· public utilities and
drainage purposes in the.City of.Palo Alto, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, as described in EXHIBIT A attached
hereto and shown on a map·,attac.lied hereto entitled, "Abandonment
of P.U.E. & Drainage Eas~nUi'! .. -Portion of Tract 878 & Lots 8 & 9
Wm Rowe Subdivision", by reference made a part her-eof; and
WHEBIAS, the Council of .the City· of Palo Alto does hereby
find that the aforesaid easement has.not·been used for the
