RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SCHLDULES S-4 AND S-4-0 CF THE CITY OF
PALO ALTO UTILITIES RATES ANO CHARGES TO CHANGE
RATES FOR HAULLD SEPTIC TANK WASTES
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol-
lows:
SECTION l. Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto
Municipal Code, Schedules S-4 (HAULED INDUSTRIAL WASTE TREATMENT
CHARGES) and S-4-0 (HAULED INDUSTRIAI. WASTE CHARGES) of the
Palo Alto Utilities Rates and Charges hereby are amended to read
as shown on "Sheet No. 124.2C1." and "Sheet No. 124.Ja" respectively,
attached hereto and incorpora~;..-1 herein.
SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby finds
that the enactment of this ordinance is not a "project" within
the meaning of that term as defined in Section 11.04.130 of the
Palo Alto Municipal Code and, therefore, no envirolll'lental assess-
ment is necessary.
SECTION 3. The foregcing change shall become effective
November 1, 1976.
