RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDI~G RESOLUTION NO. 5223 TO TERMINATE THE
ENTRANCE FEE TO FOOTHILLS PARK
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1. Effective upon passage of this resolution, Section
3 of Resolution No. 5223, adopted June 2s·, 1976, establishing ad-
mission rates to Foothills Park hereby is repealed.
SECTION 2. Except as amended herein, Resolution No. 5223
shall remall'. Tn full force and effect.
SECT1.0N 3. The Council hereby finds that the enactment of
this ~lutlon is not a ~projectn within the meaninq of _that
term as defined in Section 11.04.130 of the Palo Alto Municipal
·Code and, therefore, no environmental assessment is necessary.
