RESOLUTION NO. 5252
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SCHEDULE G-l OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
UTILITIES RATES ANO CHARGES PERTAINING TO GENERAL
NATURAL G~.S SERVICE
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION l. Pursuant to Section l2.20.010 of the Palo Alto
Municipal Code, Schadule G-1 (General Natural Gas Service) of
the Palo Alto Utilities Rates and Charges hereby is amended to
read as shown 9n "Sheet No. 116ai" attached hereto and incorporated
herein.
SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby
finds that the enactment of this ordinance is not a "project"
within the meaning of that term as defined in Section 11.04.130
of the Palo Alto Municipal Code and, therefore, no environmental
assessment is necessary.
SECTION 3. The foregoing change shall become effective
August 30, 1976.
