RESOLUTION no. 5251
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO .
AMENDING RESOLUTION rm. 2971 TO APPROVE AND ADOPT
CERTAIN PARKING REGULATION MODIFICATIONS IN THE
CITY OF PALO ALTO
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as
follows:
SECTION 1. The parking designations set forth on the
map entitled "Parking Regulation Modifications, California
Avenue Area, August 1976," marked EXHIBIT A, attached hereto
and by reference made a part hereof, hereby are approved ·
and adopted.
SECTION 2. Resolution 2971 and the Parking Zones Map
of the City of Palo Alto are amended accordingly, and the City
Manager is authorized and directed to erect appropriate signs.
SECTION 3. The parking designations affected by this
resolution are categorically exempt under the California
Environmental Quality Act.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall become effective upon
the installation of the appropriate signs authorized in
Section 2 hereof.
