ORIGINAL RESOLUTION NO. 5241 ------- A RESOLUTION OF PRELIMINARY DETERMINATION UNDER DIVISION 4 OF THE STREETS AND HlGHWAYS CODE UNIVERSITY AVENUE AREA OFF-STREET PARKING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT PROJECT NO. 75-63 RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, as follows: 1. That it is hereby preliminarily determined that the public interest, convenience and necessity require and that it is the intention of this Council to undertake certain acquisitions and improvements within said City and to assess the costs thereof on the lands benefited thereby. 2.
