RESOLUTION NO. 5220
A RESOLUTION CONFIRl"ilNG ENGINEER'S REPORT
AND ASSESSMENT ROLL
CALIFORNIA AVENUE AREA
PARKING PROJECT NO. 65-9
RiSOLVED> by the Council of the City of Palo Alto> California,
WHEF£AS$ after proceedings to that end duly had and taken pursuant
to the Palo Alto Municipal Code> a public hearing has been duly held on
the Engineer's Report and assess~ent roll prepared for the-fiscal year .
1976-77 to pay the principal and interest on bonds issued pursuant to
Resolution of Intention No. 3950> adopted by the Council of the City
of Palo Alto on Ja_~uary 3> 1967;
WHEREAS, this Council has heard all persons having an interest in
any real property within the parking assessment district; has heard
all objections, protests or othe~ written communlcations from any per-
sons interested in the real property within said district; has taken
and received oral and documentary evidence pertaining to the matt.ers
contained in said report; has remedied and corrected any errors or
informalities 1n the report and revised and corrected any o.f the acts
or determinations of the various City officials as contained therein;
and is fully 1nformed in the premises;
NOW, T"dEREFORE~ IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said Engineer's Report and assessment roll, and each or
the assessments t}lerein as duly revised and corrected, is hereby ap~
proved and confirmed.
2. That said report together w1tb the eertific~te or the City
Clerk as to the .fact and dat_e of approval by this Council, shall
forthwith be delivered to the County of Santa Clara; and the proper
County officer shall cause to b~ -posted to tbe tax rolls~-in the column
.provided therefor .. the amount or each or the assessments proposed to
be levied and collected tor said t1sca1 1ear as set forth in said
repo:rt as confirmed.

I hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct
copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the Council of the
City of Palo Alto, California, at a meeting thereof held on the 14th
day of ~-~-une~~~~' 1976, by the following vote of the members thereof:
