RESOLUTION NO. 5217
A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF NOTES
$3,500,000 REVENUE ANTICIPATION NOTES
RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Palo Alto,
· California, that
WHEREAS, this Co'.111cil has received a proposal for the pur-
chase of $3,500,000 principal amount of Revenue Anticipation Notes
duly authorized by Resolution No.
Council on June 7, 1976.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is ORDERED as follows:
l. That said Notes be, and they are hereby ordered sold
to BANK OF AMERICA NATIONAL TRUST AND SAVINGS ASSOCIATION, with
interest to the date of delivery of said Notes, said sale to be
subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in said
proposal.
2. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby directed
to have said Notes printed and that the same be immediately signed, . ' ' sealed and delivered to said Bank on receipt of the amount·'
therefor as above stated, with interest but not otherwise, and
upon the performance of the conditions do~tained in said proposal.
3. That the interest rate of said Uotes be and the same
is hereby fixed at the rate stated in said proposal.

I hereby certify that the foreqoinq is a full, true and
correct copy of a resolution duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Palo Alto, California, at a regular meeting
duly held on the 7th day of June, 1976, by the following vote of
the members thereof:

Clay, Comstock, Eyerly, Norton, Sher
