.AMENDING SCHEDULE G-1 OF THE CJ:'rY OP PALO ALTO
tJTILl~S RATES AND QIARGBS PERTAINING TO GENERAL
NATURAL GAS SERVICE
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION l. · Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto
Municipal COde, Schedule G-1 (General Natural Gas Service) of
the Palo Alto Utilities Rates and Charges hereby is amended to .
read as shown on nsheet No. ll6ag• attached hereto and incorporated
herein. ·
SECTION 2; 'l'he Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby
finds that the enactment of this ordinance is not a •project"
within the meaning of that term as defined in Section 11.04.130
of the Palo Alto Municipal Code and, therefore, no environmental
assessment is necessary.· ·
SECTION 3. The foregoing change shall become effective
June 1, 1976.
