RESOLUTION NO. 5209
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SCHEDULES W-1, w-1-0, w-2, w~l, AND W-3-0
OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO UTILITIES RATES AND CHARGES
PERTAINING TO GENERAL WATER SERVICE, WATER SERVICE
FROM FIRE HYDRANTS; -AND FIRE. SERVICE 'CONNECTIONS
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol-
lows:
SECTION l. Pursuant to Section 12.20.01~ or ~he·Yalo Alto
Municipal COde, Schedules W:...;l" "(General Water Service, W-l-0
(General Water Service), W-2 (Water Service from Fire Hydrants),
W-3 (Fire Service Connections), and W-3-0 (Fire Service Con-
nections) of the Palo Alto Utilities Rates and Charges hereby
are amended to read as shown on "Sheets 108h, 109h, 109.lb,
l09.2b, and llOc" attached hereto and incorporated-herein.
SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby
finds that the enactment of this ordinance is not a "project"
within the meaping of that term as defined in Section 11.04.130
of the Palo Alto Municipal Code and, therefore, no environmental
assessment is necessary.
SECTION 3. The foregoing change shall become effective
July I, 1976.
