RLSOLUTION OF THt COUNCIL or THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING SCHEDULES S-l, s-2, s-1-0, ANO S·2-0 OF
T3E CITY OF PALO ALTO UTILITIES RATE'S-AND CRA'RGES
PERTAINING TO DOMESTIC AND COMMERCIAL SEWAGE
COLLECTION ANO DISPOSAL RATES
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as fol-
lows:
SECTION l. Pursuant to Section 12~20~010 of the Palo Alto
Municipal Code, Schedules s-l (Domestic Sewaqe Collection and
Disposal), S-2 (Commercial Sewage·collection and Oiapooal),
S-1-0 (Domestic Collection and Disposal), and S-2-0 (Commercial
Sewage Collection and Disposal) of the Palo Alto Utilitiea Rates
and Charges hereby are amended to read aa shown on •sheet• 12lf,
122f, l23f, and-124e,~ attached hereto and incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. The Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby
finds €fiat the enactltlent of this ordinance ia not a "project"
within the meaning of that term aa defined in Section ll.04.130
of the Palo Alto Municipal Code and, therefore, no environmental
assessment is necessary.
S:C.C'I'IOU 3. The foregoing change shall become effective
July 1, 1976.
