RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AlU:NDING SCHEDULES E-1, E-2, AND E-4 OF TUI: CITY OF
PALO ALTO UTILITIES RATES Al1D--CHARGES PERTAINING TO
DOMESTIC AND COMMERCIAL ELECTRIC RATES AUD STREET
AND HIGHWAY LIGHTING
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does FESOLVE as fol-
lows:
SLCTION 1. Pursuant to Section 12.20.010 of the Palo Alto
Uunicipal c..o<le, Schedules E-1 (Domestic Electric Service), E-2
(Corn.~ercial Electric Service) , and E-4 (Street and Highway
Lighting), of the Palo Alto ~tilities Rates and Charges here"y
are amended to read as shown on "Sheets 101£, l02f, l03f, l04b,
l07b, 107.lc, 107.2c 107.3b, and 107.4" attached hereto and
incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. 'The Council of the City of Palo Alto hereby
finds that the enactment of this ordinance is not a "project"
within the meaning of that term as defined in Section 11.04.130
of the Palo Alto Municipal Code and, therefore, no environmental
assessment is necessary.
SECTION 3. The foregoing change shall become effective
July l, 1976.
