RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF :PALO ALTO
A.~NDING RESOLUTION NO. ·2971 TO ESTABLISH A "NO
PARlCING ANYTIME" ZONE ON A POR~ION OF SKYLI~E
BOULEVARD (STATE ROUTE 35)
The Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as
follows:
SECTION l. The following portion of Skyline· Boulevard
(State Route 35) -is hereby -designated ·as a . "No Parking Anytime"
zone:
Along both sides, beginning at ~ point approximately
19,025 feet north of the junction of State Route 9
and extending northerly a distance of l,275 feet thereof
to a point approximately 12,620 feet south of .the Alpine
Road-Page Mill Road intersection within the city limits
of Palo Alto.
Said parking zone modification is set forth in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. The parking .desic;nation·effeated by this
resolution is categorically exempt from the requirements
for an environmental asse~smer.t.
SECTION 3. Tl, .... ::.. cesolution shall become .effective upon
the insta!I'"ation of the appropriate siqns.
