RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO JAMES J. SAITTA FOR OUT-
STANDING PUBLIC SERVICE
WHEREAS, JAMES J, SAITTA has served the City of Palo Alto
as the Municipal Golf Course Coffee Shop Operator/Manager from
Hay 1956, to December 31, 1975; and
WHEREAS, JAMES J, SAITTA assisted in organizing and promoting
golf for hundreds of Palo Alto residents~ founded the Palo Alto
Junior Golf Club1 assisted the City in the overall operation of
the golf course; and operated the golf course coffee shop1 and
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto wishes to recognize the
services of JAMES J. SAITTA.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City
of Palo Alto hereby gratefully records its appreciation as well-
as the appreciation of the citizens of this coIT1Inunity for the
outstanding public service rendered by JAMES J, SAITTA.
