HomeMy WebLinkAboutRESO 5738,. • • ORIGINAL RESOLUTION NO. 5738 RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO ADOPTING DESIGHATED POSITIONS FOR THE CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE FOR DESIGNATED POSITIONS AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 2. 09. 010 OF THE PALO ALTO MUNICIPAL CODE WHEREAS, Section 2.09.010 requires that this Council adopt a list of designated positions and each position's required dis~ closure responsibilities for its Conflict of Interest Code for Designated Employees; NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Palo Alto does RESOLVE as follows: SECTION 1. The following positions are designated pos:l.tions for the City of Palo Alto's Conflict of Interest Code for Desig- nated F.mployees. The disclosure responsibilities are set forth adjacent to each designated position.
