RESOLUTION OF THE COIJW'IL Of THE CITY OF PAlO ALTO
CCMIENOING JAMES WILKEMSON AS A MEMBER OF THE RENTAL
HOUSING MEDIATION TASK FORCE FOR HIS CONSCIENTIOUS ANO OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE.
WHEREAS. JAMES WILKERSON has d111gent1y and unselfishly contributed
of his time and talents while ser~1Pg as a &nelnber and vice chairperson
of the Rental Housing Mediation Task Force frot1 July 11 1977 to
August 31, 1979; and
WHEREAS, JAMES WILKERSGN hes worked untiringly 1n mediating d1sps.:tes
between landlords and tenants end in other act1v1t1es designed to i1q>rove
the quality of rental housing in the C011111Unity; and
WHEREAS, JAMES WILKERSON has made a significant personal contribution
to the connunity through his efforts in facilitating hanROnious and fa;r
rento.l housing relationships amng tenants, owners and managers in Palo Alto;
and
WHER£AS, the Council of the Ci~ of Palo Alto wishes to express its
appreciation to JAMES W!LKERSOM for his outstanding efforts in the public
fnterest;
r«>w THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Palo Alto
hereby expresses its appreciation and coaeends JAMES WilKfRSON for his public
service as a member of the Rental Housing ,1 d1at1on Task Force.
