RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
COMMENDING LUIS HURTADO-SANCHEZ AS A MEMBER OF THE
RENTAL HOUSING MEDIATION TASK FORCE FOR HIS
CONSCIENTIOUS AND OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE.
WHEREAS, LUIS HURTADO-SANCHEZ has diligently and unselfi~hly contributed
of his time and talents while serving as a member and Chairparson of the
Rental Housing Mediation Task Force from July 1, 1977 August 31, 1979; and
WHEREAS, LUIS HURTADO-SANCHEZ has worked untiringly in mediating disputes
between landlords and tenants and in other activities designed to improve
the quality of rental housing in the conmunity; and
WHEREAS, LUIS HURTADO-SANCHEZ has made a significant personal contribution
to the corm1unity through his efforts in facilitating harmonious and fair rental
housing relationships among tenants, owners and managE:rs in Palo Alto; and
WHEREASj the Council of the City of Palo Alto wishes to express its
gppreciation to LUIS HURTADO-SANCHEZ for his outstanding efforts in the public
interest;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Counci 1 of the Ci t.v of Pa 1 o A Ho
hereby expresses its appreciation and comnends LUIS HURTADO-SA~CHEZ for his
public service as a rrember of the Rental Housing Mediation Task Force.
