RESOLUTION OF Tl£ COUNCIL OF ThE CITY OF PALO AL TO
CCJfl'MENDING LELAND LEVY AS A MEMBER Of THE RENTAL
l10USING MEDIATION TASK FORCE FOR HIS COHSCIENTIOUS
AND OOTSTMDIHG PUBLIC SERVICE.
WHEREAS. LELAtlO LEVY has d111gently and unselfishly contributed
of h1s tire and talents while serving as a member of the Rental Housing
Mediation Task Force from July 1, 1978 to August 31, 1979; and
WHEREAS LELAND LEVY has worked untiringly in mediating disputes
between landlords and tenants and fn other activities designed to i~rove
the quality of rental housing tn the co11111nity; and
WHEREAS, LELAND LEVY has made a significant personal contribution
to the cunaAnity through his efforts in facilitating harmonious and fair
rental housing relationships among tenants, owners and managers in
Palo Alto~ awl
WHEREAS. the Council of the City of Palo Alto wishes to express its
appreciation to LELAND LEVY for his outstanding efforts in the public
interest;
NCM TitER£FORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the C-ouncil of the City of Palo Alto
hereby expresses its appreciation and cOR1Dends lELAND LEVY for his public
service as a member of the Rental Housing Mediation Task Force.
