RESOLUTION OF Tl£ COONCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
COfttENDING VIRGINIA LEE AS A relBER OF THE RENTAL
HOUSING MEDIATION TASK FORCE FOR HER CONSCIENTIOUS
AND OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE.
WHEREAS, VIRGINIA LEE has diligently and unselfishly contributed
of her time and talents while serving as a member of the Rental 1-k>using
fted1at1on Task Force from July 1, 1977 to August 31, 1979; and
WHEREAS, VIRGINIA LEE has worked untiringly in mediating disputes
between landlords and tenants and in other activities designed to improve
the qua 1 i ty of rental housing fn the co111111nh:y; and
WHEREAS, VIRGINIA LEE has made a significant personal contribution
to the cOMUnh:y through her efforts 1n ;acil itating hannonious ':'td fair
rental housing relationships among tenants, owners and 1111nagers in Palo Alto; a.nd
WHEREAS, the Councfl of the City of Palo Alto wishes to express its
appreciation to VIRGINIA LEE for her outstanding efforts in the public interest;
Jt()W THEREFORE , BE I r RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Pa 10 A 1 to
hereby expresses its apprecfation and connends VIRGINIA LEE for her publ-ic
service as a member of the Rental Housing Mediation Task Force,
