RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY Of PALO ALTO
COMMEND I NG INGRID LEBLANC AS A fiEMBER OF THE RENTAL
HOUSING MEDIATION TASK FORCE FOR HER CONSCIENTIOUS
ANO OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SERVICE.
ORIGINAL
WHEREAS, INGRID LEBLANC has diligently and unse 1 f1sh1.y contributed
of her time and talents while serving as a member of the Rental Hous;ng
Mediation Task Force from July 1 1977 to August 31, 1979; and
WHEREAS, INGRID LEBLANC has worked untiringly in mediating dispi.~tes
between landlords and tenants and in other activities designed to improve
the quality of rental housing in the cowrrnunity; and
WHEREAS, INGRID LEBLANC has nade a significant personal contribution
to the comnunity through her efforts in facilitating harmonious and fair
rental housing relationships among tenants, owners and ~~nagers in Palo
Alto; and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Palo Alto wishes to express its
appreciation to INGRID LEBLANC for her outstanding efforts 1n the public
ir.terest;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Palo
Alto hereby expresses its appreciation and conmends INGRID LEBLANC for
her public service as a member of the Rental Housing Mediation Task force.
