RESOLUTION NO. 5718
RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
AMENDING THE PALO ALTO COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY OF PALO ALTO
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has conducted a review and on
June 27, 1979, held a properly noticed public hearing to consider
amer1ment of the Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Co11nci 1 of tbe City of Palo Al to does
RESOLVE as follows:
SECTION 1. The Council finds that changed conditions and the
public interest, health safety and welfare require those certain
amendments to the Palo Alto Comprehensive Plan set forth in Section
2 hereof.
SEC~ION 2. The Council hereby amends the Palo Alto Comprehensive
Plan a.s follows:
a. Land Use Plan Map
Change the land use designation of the property at
2143-2145 Park Boulevard from Regional/Community
Commercial to Single Family Residential as shown
on the map attached hereto as Exhibit "A'' and in-
corporated herein;
Change the land use designation of the property at
4229 McKellar Lane from Multiple Family Residential
to Single Family Residential as shown on the map
attached hereto as Exhibit "B" and incorporated
herein.
SECTION 3. The Council hereby finds that the adoption of this
Resolution will not cause any aignificaot environmental impact.
