RESOLUTION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF P.~LO Al TO
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO EMILY RENZEL
FOR OUTSTANDING PUBLIC SE~VICF. AS A MEMBER OF
THE PLANNING COPf11SSION
WHEREASt Emily Renzel has served the City of Palo Alto as a member of
the Planning COfllllission from December 10, 1973 to June 3Q, 1979; and
wHEREAS, Emily Renzel served as Secretary from August 1. 1975 to
July 31, 1976; and
WHEREAS, Emily Renzel served as Crairman from August l, 1978 to June 30,
1979; and
WHEREAS~ Emily ~enzel has given unselfishly of her time and taients to
assist in guidi •. g the growth and development of the City in the best interest
of the total conmunity; and
WHEREAS, Emily Renzel has made a significant personal contribution to
the col11l1Unity through her diligent and conscientious efforts while serving
as a member of the Pl annir;g Corrmi ssion; and
WHEREAS, the City of Palo Alto wishes to recogniza the service of
Emily Renzel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City of Palo Alto
hersby gratefully records its appreciation, as well as the appreciation of the
citizens of the comnunity, for the outstanding public service rendered by
Emily Renzel.
